Why are my downloads still pending?

  • Can you access the claimant's eFile? If not, we are unable to pull files from a folder the firm does not have access to.

I have access to the eFile, but the files are still pending.

  • You may have access to the unexhibited files but requested exhibited files, which are not available.

Why are my uploads pending?

  • Is your upload missing a tracking number in ERE details? If so, you need to resubmit the request.
