A query is simply a set of selection criteria to find a specific subset of your data. If you want to limit your matter search to a particular subset of matters/prospects, you can set a particular query for this group.
Instructions
To Set a Query.
Click Tools> Set Query
Caution: Prior to setting a query, you must create the query.
To Create a Query, please contact Prevail tech support to create a Query.
To Deactivate a Query.
Go to the Tools menu.
Click ‘Deactivate Query’.
Note: Prior to setting a query you must create the query using the administration tab query manager menu.
