A query is simply a set of selection criteria to find a specific subset of your data. If you want to limit your matter search to a particular subset of matters/prospects, you can set a particular query for this group.

Instructions

  1. To Set a Query.

    1. Click Tools> Set Query

    2. Caution: Prior to setting a query, you must create the query.

      • To Create a Query, please contact Prevail tech support to create a Query.

  2. To Deactivate a Query.

    1. Go to the Tools menu.

    2. Click ‘Deactivate Query’.

Note: Prior to setting a query you must create the query using the administration tab query manager menu.
