Running New 'Initial Recon Status' EREtrieve Report

First ensure you are updated to Prevail version 9.24.01.001 or newer.

 

Navigate to the Tools menu and select EREtrieve Status/Download Reports

Select Initial Recon Status for {Attorney} to open report.

Your Report will open in Excel.
