E-Training*: Modify an Existing Appointment

Instructions

  1. Find the desired appointment in any calendar view.

  2. Double-click on the desired appointment.

  3. Make any desired changes to the appointment.

  4. Click the ‘Save’ button at the top of the window.

Optional: Click and drag appointments in the calendar to change the date and/or time.

Note: If the Notification Message box is checked in the appointment window, Prevail will automatically send a text message to the client to tell them about the change to their appointment.
