The Prevail Client Package is a feature that was developed to allow you to easily create a portable PDF of some or all of the information in the Matter you’re currently viewing.

Note: Once a Client Package PDF is created, none of Prevail's security settings apply to the PDF. Your firm is solely responsible for implementing the proper security protocols to protect the confidentiality of this information

Instructions

To create a Client Package:

  1. Click ‘Client Package’ on the Prevail toolbar from a Matter.

  2. Using the checkboxes under ‘Select Contact Types’ and ‘Select Tabs’ choose what you would like included in this Client Package.

  3. Choose the location your Client Package should be saved.

    1. Note: The Client Package PDF file will automatically be named with the mater title from Prevail.

  4. Click ‘Finish’.

    1. The finished PDF will open automatically when complete.

      1. Note: Depending on the size of your Client Package, this process could take several minutes.

  5. All files attached to any of the items in the Client Package will be attached to their respective items in the PDF.
