E-Training: How-to Activating Prospects as Matters

This How-to covers activating prospects into matters (clients).

Instructions

  1. Go to the appropriate matter.

  2. Click on the ‘Status’ button.

  3. Status button circled in red
  4. Choose Activate matter to activate the prospect or matter.

  5. The Tab Header will now identify the case as a client instead of a prospect.

Note: A case number is automatically populated as well as the intake date set as the current date.
