E-Training: How-to Activating Prospects as Matters
This How-to covers activating prospects into matters (clients).
Instructions
Go to the appropriate matter.
Click on the ‘Status’ button.
- Status button circled in red
Choose Activate matter to activate the prospect or matter.
The Tab Header will now identify the case as a client instead of a prospect.
Note: A case number is automatically populated as well as the intake date set as the current date.
