Accessing Local Drives in the Cloud
To make sure that all of your local resources are accessible via the cloud, when launching the Remote Desktop Connection:
Select ‘Show Options’ on the bottom of the RDC app

Select ‘Local Resources’ on the topÂ
Â
Under ‘Local devices and resources’ select ‘More…’

In the new window, check ‘Drives’ and press ‘OK’

This will allow you to have access to any drive on your computer within the cloud, including your hard drives, thumb drives etc. To find these, open File Explorer within the cloud and look for the forwarded drive. They’ll be called {Drive Letter} on {Computer Name} (Ex: C on DESKTOP-48KJSJA, E on RICHARDS-PC).
