This How-to covers using Prevail PowerSearch.
Prevail PowerSearch allows you you to search for a character string within any of the tabs on Prevail, as well as within appointments, tasks, Contacts, and Sticky Notes.

Instructions
Click the drill icon in the Prevail Toolbar.
If necessary, change the date range for the search
Do Not leave the Start or End date fields blank.
If you would like to search only within the matter you are currently in, Check the ‘This Matter Only’ box.
Enter any character string in the Search Criteria field.
Prevail will display all matching results.
