Overview of the Cases Tab

Easily Navigate through your Assure portal via the tabs and filters located on the left side of your account.  These custom settings are related to your firm's setup and associated features that have been added to the account.  This is to provide a breakdown / description to the settings of each filter.

Atlasware Account Settings - Cases Tab

  1. All Cases - This is all cases that your firm has done through Assure.  Cases will not be removed from this view. There are no filters associated with this tab which makes it the best way to search for a specific client.

    1. NOTE: All cases does not include Appeals Council Cases at the moment

  2. Active Cases - This is the truest representation of your current status report from the ERE.  Cases remain on in this tab for roughly 60 days after the hearing has concluded, then they will drop off of here.  These cases are not gone from the account, they will be listed in the All Cases and Post Hearing or Appeals Council tab.  *Clients your firm no longer represents will drop off of here as well.

  3. No Hearing Scheduled - This is a filter of all cases that do not have a hearing date, and the status is prior to Scheduled Hearing (Pending Folder Assembly, Folder Assembly, Ready to Schedule etc.).

  4. Scheduled Hearing - This is a view of all the Scheduled Hearings.  The default is the current month, but can be adjusted by choosing the date range and adjusting the dates as needed.

  5. Post Hearing - This filter view is all cases in post hearing status, and will include the decision once it is rendered.

  6. Appeals Council - This tab is a representation of the firm’s AC status report and has the ability to upload, download and continue to be updated on status/decision much like the hearing status report.

  7. State Agency Cases - This tab represents all Initial & Recon cases your firm has created and accessed at this level. The SSA does not provide automation at this level.

  8. Case File Downloads - Lists all of the downloads that have happened through the account from the ERE.  This tab defaults to the current month, last 7 days. Click the date range to view the desired date range.

  9. File Uploads - Lists all of the files that have been uploaded through the account to the ERE.

  10. Credential Manager - This is where the connected ERE credentials are initially added during the migration/onboarding with program managers as well as managed/updated when ERE passwords are updated at the BSO (Business Services Online).  See “How to Update ERE Credentials” for more information.

  11. Status Report Imports - Viewable from the Admin login only, enables the admin to bring in a new status report up to 4 times per day. The Assure system will automatically check for new status report each night between 6-8 cst.
