This prioritized list of items should be done after the initial onboarding call to enhance the training experience during our second in-depth training call with the Assure team. It provides a roadmap of items to help your team set the system up to maximize the efficiency and operations built-into the Assure system.

Enter SSNs for cases in the statuses Scheduled Hearing & No Hearing Scheduled

Manually download case files for hearings in next 14 days (Actions, Get Case File)

NOTE: Case files will automatically download the Exhibited Case files at pre-set increments of: Ready to Schedule, Scheduled Hearing, 45, 14, 7, 3 & 2 days prior to the hearing. This increments can be customized to fit your firm’s business practices, talk to the Assure team to request this after the initial 10 days of the account being activated.

Set up preferred account notifications for staff members

  • Invoice Ready & Credential Issues must be setup for the account admin

Best Practice Actions: SSN's should be entered PRIOR to the status change from Pending Folder Assembly to Ready to Schedule.  This allows earliest access to your claimants files as the scheduler automatically downloads the Exhibited file the first time it is available and ready for you when you need it.  

Each case file downloaded through Assure will have a table of contents linked to each document, will include the page and exhibit number at the top of each page and be keyword searchable. This capability enables you to cut and paste directly from the document, enhance your citations to ease case preparation actions and brief writing.
