Status reports are imported into the Assure system and updated daily to align with the best-practice calendar which updates files based on status / days prior to hearing. For information pertaining to status report imports, click Cases, Status Report Imports.

Total number of claimants is identified on each report (AC and Hearings)

Status Report - Manual Update

Status reports can be updated manually 4 times per day.  This provides a system-wide refresh to all claimants within the system.
