Viewing/Downloading ERE Upload Confirmation

1. Click the ERE Uploads tab

   Open

   

    

2. All uploaded documents will be shown in this list

   Open

   

To see status of all uploads:

Click File Uploads on the left side navigation

1. This will show all files uploaded & their status.

   1. The view defaults to the current month, last 7 days

   2. Click each box at the top (Failed / In Progress / Successful) to filter records in this status.

   3. Click the Actions button next to the file name and click Confirmation to download the confirmation file

All documents will be saved within the Assure system, no need to move the file or save it in your case management system.
