Downloading an Audio File

Audio File downloads 

Hearing Audio downloads are automated and will be available once the hearing has occurred. The system will automatically begin looking for files available and once identified download.

NOTE: Due to audio file size, files will be downloaded during the night and be available the following day.

The following situations require the Request Audio File Check button to be clicked:

• For claimants your firm did not represent at the hearing level, or

• Claimant has audio from prior hearings OR

• Your firm did not enter the SSN in the Assure system prior to the hearing

These situations may occur when a firm represent claimants at the AC level, but did not represent them at the hearing level as well.
