Downloading Case Files from the Case Details Screen

Download from Case Details Screen
Find the claimant (in search box or scroll to locate) and click on the claimant’s name
All Documents List: From this view, you see All Documents listed for this claimant. This is a comprehensive list of all files that have been uploaded and downloaded to/from the ERE.
Click the file in the Download Type you’d like to download. The two options are the Exhibited file or All file.
ERE Case Files: This view displays the information to the specific download schedule for this claimant, and allows case file (All and Exhibited files) to include the Audio files
The box surrounding the file type identifies the selected file & information pertaining to it.
Downloading case files (Exhibited or All), click on the file to be downloaded and click the green Download box associated to it
In the instance the initial download has not been initiated, click the “Start Download” button and proceed through the options of manually downloading the file.
Files will be downloaded and accessible once finished.
