Hearings Tab Organization

Last Search Tab

The Last Search Tab will take the user back to the last search done on another screen.

Today Tab

The Today tab displays all hearings scheduled for the current business day.

Advanced viewing options allow this information to be filtered and sorted in a variety of ways.

Current Month Tab

The Current month tab will display your firm’s hearings for the current month.

Last Month Tab

The Last month tab has all the same functionality as the Today tab but it will only display the hearings for last month.

Next Month Tab

The Next month tab has all the same functionality as the Today tab. but it will only display the hearings for next month, but all the hearings for Next month.

NOTE: See the “Today” tab for more information about navigating this tab.

Completed (-7 Days)

The Completed (-7 Days) tab has all the same functionality as the Today tab, but it will only list the hearings completed within the last 7 days.

Other helpful filters are listed under visibility options and can include: Cancelled hearings, Private Hearings, Only Private Hearings, Billable Hearings, Firm Billable Hearings, Contract Now Hearings and Hearing missing a Brief Request.

The hearings listed on the Hearings tab can be organized by clicking the header in the grey bar.

Date – List hearings for the specified date range.
Hearing Date – List hearings chronologically by the date of the hearing.
Set Date - List hearings by the date the hearing was placed on the schedule by the scheduler.
Client’s first and last name – List hearings for specified clients alphabetically
Hearing Location – List hearings for a specified location.
Hearing State - List hearings for a specified state.
Show Map- Click “Show Map” to view a physical map of all scheduled or specified in the Open Hearings list.

Column Sorts

Columns can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headings

Adding Columns to the default view

Additional columns can be added to the default page view by clicking the column button on the top right side of the screen. Checked options are visible on the screen. Uncheck or check to remove additional options as desired (see pic above).

Exporting information

All page information can be exported to an Excel File, CSV file or printed by clicking on the Export button on the top right of the screen and making your selection. All files will be downloaded to your desktop’s hard drive.

Advanced Filters

Advanced viewing filters can also be chosen by clicking on the blue Advanced filter link. Most of the options are self-explanatory. Use the drop down menus to choose to view all or specific firms, all or specific attorneys, all or specific locations, all or specific states and all other other visibility options.

View Hearing Notes

All notes added to the hearings can be found by clicking the number next to the hearing entry.

Advanced Filter

The options within this view allow users to refine different actions to, one of them being the visibility options used to enhance their view, or show additional hearings (cancelled / private etc.)

Show Map - displays a map of all hearings for firm
Cancelled - displays cancelled hearings for firm
Private Hearings - Displays both hearings a your firm has requested Assure’s coverage and hearings that are private to a firm (have NOT requested Assure’s hearing coverage)
Only Private Hearings - Displays ONLY hearings for a firm for which have not been placed on the Assure calendar
Billable - Hearings for which your firm will be billed for hearing coverage
Contract Now - Hearings for which Assure has offered coverage at a set rate & of-counsels can assign themselves for to cover hearings
Missing Brief Request - Hearings that have not requested a hearing brief by Assure

After all selections are made, the Search button must be pressed.

Visibility Legend

Color coded for quick-reference listing of hearings within view

Has Pending Changes - Firm has made changes that are awaiting Assure’s scheduling team to approve change request
Created By You - Entries that have been created by your firm
Newly Added - Hearings recently added to hearings calendar
Just Edited - Recently edited hearings within your view
Imported Hearing - A hearing that has been imported by Atlasware or API
Cancelled Hearing - A hearing that has been cancelled
