Uploading a Brief to ERE

Uploading to the ERE has never been easier. With our automated retry actions if the ERE is doing what the ERE typically does… as well as our system automatically saving the upload confirmation without the need for cover sheets and bar codes, you’ll eliminate steps and increase oversight of document uploads.

To upload documents to the ERE through the Assure ERE Uploader, follow the steps below.

NOTE: Assure does NOT upload completed briefs to the ERE on your behalf; this responsibility belongs to your firm.

WARNING: DO NOT TRY TO UPLOAD BRIEFS FROM THE BRIEF DETAILS SCREEN TO THE ERE. This is a bit confusing, but this upload only loads documents to the Assure site…NOT the ERE.

To get to Assure’s ERE uploader

  1. Click on the claimant’s name.

  2. Click on “ERE Uploads” in the Case Details page

  3. Click on “Upload to ERE.”

You can browse for files or drag and drop your file

Choose the document type and complete the applicable radio buttons associated with that document type will open (pictured below)

Click Upload X File(s) and those files will upload - first to Assure, then to the ERE. After the file(s) have been uploaded to the ERE, it will be listed with your other ERE uploads you have made for this claimant and the All Documents view as well.

To view upload information, click the button shown below.

Once confirmation opens, click the “Download Confirmation” button to save/print.
