Generate and Print Case Documents
Many documents such as the Fee Agreement, the 1696, the 1695 or Phone Hearing Request form can be automatically generated for a firm, thus eliminating the need to manually create these forms prior to each hearing. To enable this option, contact Assure Customer Service.
To access the forms, if available, click on the link and a PDF form will be downloaded to your desktop.
