Using the Hearings Page

View Hearing Details Screen

More information about the hearing can be viewed from the Hearing Details screen. Additional actions can also be done from this screen including uploading documents to the Assure portal, uploading documents to the ERE, downloading case files, viewing the list of documents on the Assure portal associated with the hearing, reviewing the Pre-hearing checklists and information, reviewing the Post-Hearing Summary, Generating and printing case documents, and reviewing the Hearing Flags (Actions that have not been completed)

 

The Hearing Details screen can be accessed in two ways. 

 

View the hearing details by clicking the Hearing ID

The first way to view the hearing details screen from the Today tab is to click the hearing ID link next to the claimant’s name.

The second way to access the Hearing Details screen is by using the Actions button to the right of the claimant’s name.

Hearing Details Screen

The Hearing Details screen will contain information about the hearing. Specifically, it will contain pre-hearing information provided by the law office, all the required hearing forms, outstanding Hearing Flags, and a list of required documents that must be loaded to the hearing.
