This How-to covers marking Tasks as complete from the Events tab for the appropriate matter, the Task List View in the calendar, or the Home tab.

Tasks are "to do" items. You use them in Prevail to assign actions or duties to users. Tasks are usually associated with a matter, but you may also have tasks that aren't associated with a specific case. After the user has completed the "to do" item, he or she can mark the task as complete in Prevail.
