When a file is requested through EREtrieve and the file is ready, the Case Manager for the matter will receive a message in their Message List on the Home tab in Prevail. The EREtrieve and History entry(ies) with the attached downloaded file(s) will be linked to that message. 

The first page(s) of the downloaded file(s) will contain a Table of Contents with clickable links to each of the exhibits, as shown in the first example below. At the top of each page of the downloaded exhibit file, you will see a label indicating the exhibit number and page number, as shown in the second example below. 

Note: If ERE has exhibited and unexhibited files for a client, EREtrieve will create two entries on the EREtrieve and History tabs – one with the exhibited file attached, and the other with the unexhibited files attached as a single PDF.

Both will contain a Table of Contents with clickable links, as described on the previous page. If any media files (e.g., hearing audio) are available, a third EREtrieve/History entry will be created for those files.
