To access the Prevail Control Panel
Go to C:/PREVAIL_CLIENT.
Double-click on ‘Control Panel’
The Prevail Control Panel login screen will appear.
Use your regular Prevail login and password.
Click the ‘Tools’ dropdown menu.
Click ONCE on ‘Rebuild Appointment Lookups’.
Once complete, exit the Control Panel & log back into Prevail.
