If a user is unable to see a specific window in Prevail or if Prevail appears frozen, the issue may be related to the window being positioned off-screen. To resolve this:
Focus on Prevail:
Make sure Prevail is active window (click on it).
Press ALT + SPACE:
Hold down the "ALT" key on your keyboard.
While holding down the "ALT" key, press the "SPACE" key.
Access the Window Menu:
After pressing ALT + SPACE, a small menu will appear at the top-left corner of the active window.
Choose the "Move" Option:
Once the menu appears, release the "ALT" key.
Use the arrow keys (Up, Down, Left, Right) to select the "Move" option from the menu.
Move the Window:
After selecting "Move," the cursor will change into a four-sided arrow.
Use the arrow keys to move the window in the desired direction.
This will also lock the window to your mouse allowing you to move it place.
