Note: There are three reports that EREtrieve downloads daily (Monday-Friday) from the ERE site

...

  • Appeals Status Report. Lists the status of all of the representative’s claims currently pending at the Appeals Council.

  • Hearing Status Report. Lists the status of all of the representative’s claims currently pending at OHO.

  • Hearing Status Changes Report. Based on a comparison to the prior day’s Hearing Status Report, lists any claims that have had any change from the prior day’s report. The final field in the report identifies what change occurred.

Deleting User Accounts, User SettingsTo Access these reports in Prevail:

  1. Click Tools > EREtrieve Status/Download Reports.

  2. Double-click the report that you want to view, and that report will display on your screen.
