E-Training*: Update or Reset ERE Password in EREtrieve
This article covers how to update or reset your ERE password in EREtrieve.
Note: ERE requires a password change every 90 days. The password for ERE and EREtrieve must match for proper system functionality.

Instructions
Log in to the ERE site, and change your password as you typically do every 90 days.
In Prevail, click Tools > Reset EREtrieve Password.
Enter the required information:
ERE User.
Select the ERE User from the drop-down field.

BSO User.
Enter your BSO user ID.
Current Password.
Your old ERE password, that you just changed from.
New Password:
Your new ERE password, that you just changed to.
Confirm Password:
Re-enter your new ERE password.
Click Submit Request.
- The password has been successfully updated.
