When resetting your password for the BSO it is always important to remember to update the password on the Prevail side as well. If this task is not done then EREtrieve will accept submissions but they will not move out of the que until this password is updated within completed, ERetrieve will continue to receive submissions; however, they will remain in the queue until the password is updated in our system.
There are Three reasons you would have to do this, the first is because your BSO password

First the following needs to be in place to start updating EREtrieve passwords on Prevail’s side.To initiate the password update on Prevail's side, ensure the following:
The user trying attempting to update the password must have the highest level of EREtrieve security setting active on activated in their employee records security settings.
In Refer to the image below picture you can see that you will need to have “Upload, Download and Change Password“ security setting selected to change , where you'll notice that the "Upload, Download, and Change Password" security setting must be selected to modify the EREtrieve password on Prevail’s Prevail's side.

Select Tools in the top left corner menu of your prevail Prevail application. This will give you a dropdown menu with one of the options being “Reset EREtrieve Password”.
