Instructions

  1. After the Contact opts into text messaging from your initial text, you may send them subsequent text messages.there are two ways to send subsequent Text Messages:

    1. Click the cell phone icon in the communications section of the Contact Window.

    2. Go to the 'New Menu' and click 'SMS.

    3. Type  Type your text message and send it to the Contact.

    4. Note: If you send a text message to a Contact who is attached to multiple matters, Prevail will display a drop down menu for you to choose which matter for the text message to be associated with.

    5. Example: "Pamposh Abron" is attached to two matters in Prevail -- "Abron, Pamposh" and "Alausa, Dominiq" -- so the user must select in which matter's History to save the text.

    1. You may also reply to a received message by clicking on the text from your Message List, or from the History entry where that text is attached. Type your message and click 'Reply'.
