This How-to covers activating lead prospects into matters (clients). This information is directed to the operational actions of converting potential new clients from prospects into clients through activating or closing prospects once your Prevail has been connected with lead providers, such as Mosaic or Leading Response.

Instructions

As the inbound lead arrives in Prevail, tasks are assigned directly or by a round-robin distribution style for users within Prevail. As the task is assigned in Prevail the member will receive a notification

  1. Go to the appropriate matter.

  2. Click on the ‘Status’ button (circled in red).

  3. Activating the prospect is done the same for any prospect, regardless of the lead provider.

  4. For prospects your organization does not accept as a client,

    1. Choose Close Prospect.

  5. Choose Activate Matter to activate the prospect or matter.

  6. The Tab Header will now identify the case as a client instead of a prospect.

Note: A case number is automatically populated as well as the intake date set as the current date.

Mosaic Lead Information

As a Mosaic lead arrives from the Assure portal, all steps will remain consistent with the above information, with the exception of:

  1. Activating the matter will automatically identify the lead as accepted/converted within your Assure account.

  2. Closing the Prospect will require an outcome to be selected from the list of outcomes presented

    1. Outcome will automatically update your Assure account with the information selected
