This How-to covers adding ailments to disability information in the disability tab of Prevail.

The top half of the Disabilities tab is reserved for ailments specifically diagnosed by a medical provider.

Instructions

  1. Click ‘Add’ at the top of the Disabilities window.

  2. Complete the fields on the following window.
