Update Account Password
Your main account login will be created by Assure Disability but can be customized at your request. Your password must be updated by your firm after the initial onboarding and for security reasons you are able to change your account password at any time you choose from within your account.
To update your password, click on the “Firm Name” in the upper right-hand corner of the window
Click on “Profile”
Click “Settings”
Scroll down to change password
Click “Update” to save your new password.
NOTE: Follow these same procedures to change a Case Manager’s password. You must be logged in as the case manager to to make account changes.
