Case File Downloads Tab
The Case File Downloads page provides for a global view of all of the downloads done by all firms in our system for a specified time frame. The current default view is the last seven days. There are a variety of options for filtering and sorting the case downloads page.
To best view the status of downloads & failure reasons, click Columns, Status Message.
This will allow members to solve errors and issues quickly and efficiently.
Status message will indicate the reason for download failure.
By utilizing this view, members will be more efficient at identifying and correcting errors and issues related to case file downloads.
