Case File Downloads Tab

The Case File Downloads page provides for a global view of all of the downloads done by all firms in our system for a specified time frame. The current default view is the last seven days. There are a variety of options for filtering and sorting the case downloads page.

To best view the status of downloads & failure reasons, click Columns, Status Message. 

• This will allow members to solve errors and issues quickly and efficiently.

• Status message will indicate the reason for download failure.

By utilizing this view, members will be more efficient at identifying and correcting errors and issues related to case file downloads.
