Prevail 10 E-Training*: Prevail Medical Chronology Ordering
In this lesson, you will learn how to order a Medical Chronology within Prevail through Assure integration.

Instructions
Step 1: Download the Case File
Go to the Atlasware tab in Prevail.
Click Atlasware Download Documents.
If the Atlasware tab is not visible:
The integration may not be set up, or
You may not have permission to access it.
Contact your Prevail administrator or Assure Support for assistance.
Choose which file type to download:
Exhibited file, or
All Documents file.
Click Submit Request.
Wait until the status changes to Completed.
Once completed, the file is ready for use in your chronology request.
Step 2: Request the Medical Chronology
Open the Medical tab.
Click the Medical Chronology tab.
If you don’t see this tab, contact Assure Support to confirm your integration setup.
Click Request Medical Chronology.
In the pop-up window, review or complete the following fields:
Client: Auto-fills with the current claimant’s name.
Social Security Number: Auto-fills from the matter.
Exhibited/All: Select the file type that matches your downloaded file.
If the matching file isn’t available, you’ll receive an error message.
Main Impairment Type: Select Mixed, Mental, or Physical.
The fields for Primary Diagnosis, Secondary Diagnosis, Other Diagnosis, and External ID are optional.
Click Submit to complete the request.
Step 3: View the Completed Chronology
After submitting your request, an entry will appear on the Medical Chronology page.
Once processing is finished, the chronology will be available under both:
The Medical Chronology tab, and
The History tab.
Click the Attachment icon to download the Chronology PDF to your desktop.
Open the PDF in a viewer such as Adobe Acrobat.
Step 4: Updated Casefile
Chronology automatically updates
The system will refresh your chronology when:
The system detects an update during its automated checks
You manually check for updates and new data is found
