The Prevail Help Menu provides built-in resources to help you access our website, connect with live technical support, and view system details on the About page.

Part 1: Access our website

If you would like to directly access our website from Prevail, click ‘Prevail.net.’

  • Our website includes a direct link to Prevail YoU, our online training platform.

Part 2: Live Technical Support

When you call our technical support line, the technician will need to connect to your system to see the problem.

To provide them this access:

  • Click Live Technical Support.

    • This will open TeamViewer and generate an ID number for you to share with the technician, allowing them to connect and resolve your issue promptly.

This section provides you with important information including your current Prevail version, your Twilio SMS number, and any integrations you are currently signed up for.
