Prevail 10 E-Training*: Firm Log
The Firm Log is a high level data ‘diary’ which shows when users log in and out, as well as if anything is deleted or detached in the system.
Only high level administrators should have access to this feature. It tracks everything users are doing, and therefore should not be shared throughout the firm.

Instructions
Go to Administration>Firm Log
The firm log will automatically populate.
You can use the headers to filter for different categories, users, dates, etc.
