Prevail 10 E-Training*: Do Not Disturb Mode

Do Not Disturb Mode allows you to block any messages from other users or from the system except for tasks and appointments. You will receive all messages when you turn off DND mode.

Instructions

Part 1: Turn on Do Not Disturb Mode

  1. Click the 'Do Not Disturb' in the Prevail Toolbar.

  2. Set the duration for any amount of time between 15 minutes and 8 hours.

  3. Optional: Type a message for other users to see if they try to contact you while in Do Not Disturb.

  4. Click finish.

Part 2: Turn off Do Not Disturb Mode

  1. Click the 'Do Not Disturb' in the Prevail Toolbar.

  2. Click 'End Do Not Disturb'.
