Prevail Manual

  1. Click ‘Help’ Prevail Manual.

  2. The manual will automatically open in PDF format.

Prevail Website

To go directly to the Prevail website-

  1. Click ‘Help’ > Prevail.net

  2. Prevail.net will automatically open in your default browser.

Live Technical Support

If you ever need to call in for technical support, you can use the Help menu to access the screen-sharing software that we use when resolving technical issues.

If our technical support representative requests access to your computer

  1. Click Help > Live Technical Support

  2. Provide the representative with the ID # needed to access your PC.

What’s New

By clicking ‘Help’ > What’s New, you will have a running list of updates and features that have been added to Prevail.

About

By clicking 'Help' > About, you will have access to the information of your Prevail installation.

  • Examples include the number of open/closed/archived matters and prospects, number of Prevail and Advantage Database Server licenses, current version, latest version available for download, and number of days that have elapsed since your last Pack & Reindex
