E-training: How to turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode

This How-to covers how to turn the Do Not Disturb feature on and off in Prevail.

While in Do Not Disturb mode, you will not receive any messages from other users or from the system except for tasks and appointments. You will receive all messages when you come out of DND mode.

Instructions

To enter DND mode.

  1. Click the 'Do Not Disturb' in the Prevail Toolbar.

  2. Set the duration for any amount of time between 15 minutes and 8 hours.

  3. Optional: Type a message for other users to see if they try to contact you while in Do Not Disturb.

  4. Click finish.

To exit DND mode:

  1. Click the 'Do Not Disturb' in the Prevail Toolbar.

  2. Click 'End Do Not Disturb'.
