Setup
Download the Prevail Cloud Standard Launcher here: Prevail Downloads
Place the file on the desktop or a familiar location.
Once you run the program you will be prompted to enter in the server hostname. This can be found from your onboarding email from one of our cloud associates or can be found by reaching out to our support team at Support@prevail.net.
Here you can also set if you are using 64-bit or 32-bit Office.
Hit enter and you will be in the launcher.
Launch any icon to open up the program. If this is the first time, it will prompt to sign into the user. Your credentials can be found from your onboarding email from one of our cloud associates or can be found by reaching out to our support team at Support@prevail.net.
Once entered the App will launch, if you checked ‘remember credentials’ it should not prompt going forward.
If any error occurs, double check the hostname is correct by clicking the cog wheel to bring back up the setup window.
