System Layout / Left-Side Navigation 

NOTE: User login view entirely depends on (1) the product offerings your firm has chosen to participate in, and (2) the login used to access the Assure portal.   

Dashboard - Overview of all lines of business activity (i.e. hearings, briefs, leads, etc.)

Hearings - Filtered view identifying all private hearings your firm is covering and hearings your firm has requested coverage for an Assure network attorney.

Briefs - overview of all briefs Assure is completing for your firm. This does not include firm requests for the use of the brief tool, only complete briefs.

Medical Records - This is an overview of all medical records requested through the Assure network. 

Cases - Overview of claimants within the Assure system and location to upload and download case file information.  

All Cases - This is an unfiltered view of every case the firm has unlocked (entered the full SSN) since onboarding to the cloud system.

Active Cases - This filtered view represents the most accurate representation of the firms status report, which brings in each representative’s current cases each night automatically. 

NOTE: When claimants fall off the ERE system (typically 60 days after the hearing), they will fall off of this filter as well.

No Hearing Scheduled - Filtered view of all cases prior to having a hearing scheduled.

Scheduled Hearing: This defaults to the current month, but can be adjusted by clicking the calendar to adjust the date range.

Post Hearing - Filter of all claimants who have had a hearing

Appeals Council - Status report of all claimants at the AC level

State Agency - Cases for which files have been created & downloaded from lower levels

Case File Downloads -  View of all case files downloaded from the ERE

File Uploads - View of all files uploaded to the ERE

Credential Manager - Area to add and update ERE credentials for attorney / representatives assigned to firm

Billing - Viewable when logged in as the Admin; includes current / past invoices and ability to manage payment options.

Leads -  Identifies the lead referral programs opened on Assure

Medicare Leads - view of all medicare leads within the system

Document Repository - Viewable from the Admin login: An secure folder for documents to be uploaded to the Assure site. Helpful for contracts/PHI/PII etc.  Assure members as well as others within the firm admin view can see these documents

My Attorneys - View of all attorney accounts created within the firm. 

NOTE: This account type is reserved for attorneys who are Assure Network Attorneys that cover hearings on the Assure calendar.

My Case Managers - View of all case manager accounts created within the firm. This is the most robust user profile and is utilized for 99% of all users in a firm, to include attorneys, paralegals, case managers, admin. personnel- etc.
