Instructions

  1. After the date and/or time change is made to the appointment, check the "Rescheduled" checkbox on the right of the date and time fields.

  2. Check the “Notification Message” Box to have Prevail automatically send a text message to the client advising them of the rescheduled appointment.

  3. Click 'Save'.

    Note: By marking an appointment as Rescheduled, you preserve the original appointment on all calendars where it existed

  1. Rescheduled appointments are displayed on the Events and Home tabs with a strikethrough, and they are marked as Rescheduled on the calendar.

  1. Find the desired appointment in any calendar view.

  2. Double-click on the desired appointment.

  3. Make any desired changes to the appointment.

  4. Click the ‘Save’ button at the top of the window.

  5. Optional: Click and drag appointments in the calendar to change its date and/or time.

  6. Note: If the Notification Message box is checked in the appointment window, Prevail will automatically send a text message to the client to tell the about the change to their appointment.

  7. Check the ‘Rescheduled’ checkbox to the right of the date/time field for the appointment.
