Correspondence with Release Point as they gather the requested medical records is an important aspect of advocating for your clients. The ability to save and/or print them out is just as important as you may want to bring them to the hearing. To print the correspondence notes with customer service:

  1. Click cases tabĀ 

  2. Find the claimant this request will be made for

  3. Click their name which brings you into their Case Details pageĀ 

  4. Click the Medical Records tab

  5. Click on the Provider for the record in which you want to view the Status Notes

  6. All notes from Release Point are listed, with capability to .

    1. Click print at the top of the page
