When a file is completed, you will have the option to download the file prior to uploading it to the ERE.
To download the file:
Click the download button
File will download in PDF
NOTE: Assure Disability does not automatically upload any records to the ERE on your behalf without a statement of work agreement between your firm and Assure.
Once the review is complete, it is time to upload them to the ERE.
Upload Medical Records to ERE
Click the Upload button
This medical record will be uploaded to the ERE with 1 click
To view the file(s) in your ERE uploads, perform the following:
Click on the claimants name
This will bring you to their Case Details screen
Click the ERE Uploads
All uploaded documents will be shown in this list.
To see status of all medical records, click the Medical Records on the left side navigation
This will show all medical records & their status. Click the Actions button next to the file name and click Confirmation to download the confirmation file
