1. Click Medical Records on the left-side navigation

2. This will display all of the ongoing medical records within your firm.

3. Click “Suspended” tab to filter the suspended medical records

5. Click the provider for each suspended records to view the Status Notes

   

6. Release Point will provide status notes for each suspended request.

   1. This will detail further actions required by the requesting firm.  

   2. Release Point will not process the request until condition is met
