Credentials need to be updated in Atlasware to be able to download case files.  These credentials MUST match (ERE and Atlasware) and each time they are updated at the ERE they must be updated in Atlasware.  If this is not accomplished, a system error will be generated.

Expired ERE Credentials

To update the associated ERE credentials, perform the following:

  1. Go to SSA ERE and update attorney credentials.

  2. Log into Assure Web Platform 

  3. Click “Case Management Tools” on the left side of the screen then click “Credential Manager

4. Click Edit button associated with outdated credentials

5. Enter User ID and New password just as you would to login to the ERE.

  1. Click Update Credentials to Save new password into the system.
