  1. Under Administration >Databank, you'll find the list of different databank items listed on the left.

  2. As you click on each list item, you'll see what databank items you already have setup.

  3. If you need additional items to display in the drop-downs throughout Prevail, you click on the 'add' option and populate the fields that are displayed.

  4. Depending on the type of item that you are adding to, there may be more than one field to populate.

    1. For example, if you click on Appointments and add, you will be prompted to add a description for the appointment type, you can also assign an image and or color.

      Note: Not all drop-down menus in Prevail are user-defined. Some of the lists that reside in Prevail are definable only by our technical support staff. If you have questions about a list that you do not see in the Databank, please contact Prevail support.
