Archiving
Archiving a Matter sets a closed matter to run in the background of Prevail. Archived matters can be reactivated at any time.
To have a Matter Archived, call our Technical Support Team and give the number of years after a matter is closed that you want the matter to be archived. They will connect to your server and take care of the rest.
To Open an Archived Matter, search for the matter as you normally would, and double click to open.
Prevail will produce a pop-up warning you that you are opening an Archived Matter.
Note: Archived Matters take longer to open.
